AS RALEIGH’S L G B T CHAMBER OF COMMERCE,

it is our mission is to foster opportunities for LGBTQ businesses, professionals, and allies.

In an effort to further expand our influence in the business and professional community, The Raleigh Business and Professional Network, Inc. (RBPN) has become the Triangle’s only official Chamber of Commerce affiliate with the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).

MISSION & PURPOSE

As the official National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) affiliate for eastern North Carolina, Harmony is here to foster opportunities for LGBT+ founders, executives, professionals, and allies in the business community. 

We are a nonprofit dedicated to facilitating a network of business and professional resources, where people along the entire LGBT+ spectrum can thrive as professionals and grow their businesses together. 

Our advocacy work with local and regional officials aims to ensure a safe and inclusive business community, where no one faces discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender, race, age, national origin, religion, disability, or political affiliation. 

As society continues to progress in its support of the LGBT+ community, Harmony’s role in advancing regional economic development across eastern North Carolina will continue to grow. We recognize our responsibility to advance our region’s economic growth and help build a welcoming, inclusive community.
